What stays locally

Your checked items and camping preference are saved in browser local storage, separately for each year’s festival. They are not sent to a server. Reset list removes the current festival’s choices; clearing this site’s browser data removes all saved lists. If storage is blocked, the checklist still works for the current visit.

The separate camping guide saves its tier choice and checked items on this browser, with a separate list for each festival year and a general list. Its reset clears only the current camping list. A downloaded text file includes your checks; share it only if you want to share those choices.

What a share link contains

The Wakaan brief saves your 6- or 12-hour planning choice and whether you return to camp in this browser only. Clearing this site’s browser data removes these choices. Sharing or saving the brief includes those choices in a dated forecast snapshot; it does not include your checked packing items. Saved images and copied text never refresh themselves.

A festival-guide share link includes the festival and selected day. It does not include your checklist or camping choice. Anyone opening it sees currently available information, not a frozen forecast.

A camping-guide share link includes your chosen tier and festival, but never your checked items. The camping guide makes no weather requests. Neither list syncs between devices.

Network requests

To load the weather, our server asks the National Weather Service for the festival venue’s forecast. We do not request your location. This site has no analytics, advertising scripts, accounts or newsletter signup.

PLURCast is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Application request logs are disabled. Our server cache stores public weather data, not your packing list. The correction link opens your email app; if you email us, we receive the address and content you send.

Following an organizer or provider link takes you to a separate site with its own privacy policy.

Artist submissions

The artist submission page prepares a draft in your email app or lets you copy an outline. Nothing is sent by the website. If you send it, we receive your email address and the information you include through our Google Workspace inbox.

We use submissions to review identity, corrections, and proposed profile content. Private correspondence and email addresses are not published in the Cast. Only reviewed public details and media cleared for use are added. Email processing may prepare a private draft for review; it cannot automatically publish your message. Request a correction or removal by emailing artists@plurcast.com.
