Most bags must be clear. Exceptions include fanny packs up to 16.5 × 6.5 × 4 inches and qualifying single-pocket drawstring/hydration bags up to 13 × 13 × 15 inches. Do not treat those exception dimensions as permission for any opaque backpack.

The item list allows one factory-sealed water bottle and empty canteens. Outside alcohol and glass are prohibited. Fill reusable containers after entry and use the official map for refill locations.

October 22–25, 2026 at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. The four-day camping window runs Thursday at 8 AM through Monday, October 26 at noon; this is not a published stage schedule.

Three-day GA covers Friday October 23 through Sunday October 25; two-day GA covers Saturday October 24 through Sunday October 25; one-day GA is Sunday October 25 only. These are entry dates, not check-in times. Confirm when your exact pass lets you arrive; do not assume the four-day camping opening or an early-camping add-on applies.

The official Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday music timetables are available. Thursday and Friday start at 3:15 PM, with their last listed sets ending at 2:45 AM Friday and 3:45 AM Saturday. Saturday starts at 3:15 PM and ends at 3:45 AM Sunday; Dope Lemon is printed as 10–11:30 PM Saturday. Sunday begins at 12:15 PM and ends at 11:30 PM. These music times do not establish campground or shorter-pass entry.

Yes. The organizer has published the October 22–25, 2026 festival map. It marks the festival entrance off Road 132, North/East/South festival gates, stages and camping zones. The legend identifies water stations, restrooms, medical/first aid, guest services/lost and found/ADA info, and accessible viewing and shuttles. Save the official map before arrival; it does not establish gate hours, shuttle hours or your campsite assignment.

Plans changed? Hulaween names CashorTrade as its official face-value ticket exchange. Choose the exact 2026 dates and pass type, and check delivery details and the total including fees before committing. A purchase request is not confirmed until a seller accepts it. Payment-plan passes must be paid in full before transfer; car passes bundled with Witch, Goblin, Vampire or Zombie packages cannot be sold or transferred separately. Sellers remain responsible for getting the purchased passes to their buyer. The partnership does not mean every wristband transfers digitally or guarantee that a listing is available.

Primitive camping is first come, first served; arrive together to camp together. Unassigned sites cannot be held for later arrivals. Do not block roads or use reserved spaces without the right credential. RV site occupancy is stated as four people in the event FAQ; the venue's ordinary camping limits should not override the event rule.

The FAQ identifies limited Wi-Fi at the Music Hall and Country Store. It does not promise park-wide coverage. Save essential ticket/arrival information before travelling.

Children two and under are free; those three and older need admission. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with the separate parental waiver. The waiver requires accompaniment in common/music areas outside the designated campsite or lodging.

Vehicle access depends on your camping choice. A Primitive Car Pass admits one car to GA primitive campgrounds. Front Gate requires four-day GA or GA+ admission for the Primitive Car and Dry RV add-ons. Each person in the vehicle also needs their own festival pass; neither add-on is festival admission. Mummy and Werewolf don't include a VIP car pass. Witch, Goblin and Vampire each include one VIP car pass; Zombie cabin and RV packages each include two Zombie car passes. Those bundled passes are assigned to your campsite and can't be sold or transferred. Premium camping includes one car and access for up to four people; each still needs four-day GA, GA+ or VIP admission. Satellite parking is outside the campgrounds. Arrive together for first-come camping; unassigned sites can't be held for friends.

Small camping grills are allowed if attended. Campfires depend on the conditions announced by the organizer. Generators are limited to designated camping in Fish Bowl or 80 Acres; ask a Camp Host where to set up. Freestanding generators may run only from 9 AM to 10 PM, and the park may remove generators that cause excessive noise or odor. Check the organizer’s latest fire guidance before lighting a campfire.

Food and beverage service is cashless in the festival and campgrounds. Some craft/merch vendors may take cash. Check current organizer information for ATM locations. Carry a physical card; do not rely on Wi-Fi throughout the park.

The FAQ lists food vendors, permanent campground bathhouses/showers and ice at the Country Store, horse stables and VIP campgrounds. For outside food required by an allergy or medical condition, use the ADA dietary request form. Its conditions limit food to the necessary daily quantity for your own use, with no sharing or alcohol; food must be newly sealed, not repacked in a ziplock at home. A vendor listing is not an allergy guarantee.

Collect the free accessibility wristband at the ADA hub near Lost and Found/General Store. One companion wristband is normally issued, with an exception for families with young children. Expect roots, sand, grass and hills; mobility rentals and routine stage-to-stage rides are not offered. The 2026 accessible-camping request form is available: buy the required camping pass first and provide its order number. Spaces remain first come, first served, not guaranteed by registration. Bring the required state disability credential with its holder present. One companion vehicle must arrive with you; spaces cannot be held. Contact ADA@hulaween.com for individual arrangements.

The FAQ locates main medical at River Road/Lake Road across from the General Store, with additional stage and Spirit Lake support. Spirit Care provides mental-health support. Ask staff promptly when help is needed and follow official operational directions.

The independent shuttle lists October 22 Jacksonville airport departures at noon and 4 PM, and October 26 returns at 8 AM and noon. Advertised fares are $80 round trip or $45 one way, plus fees. Wheelchair-lift requests go to hulaween@charterup.com at least seven days before travel; the provider limits lift service to passengers unable to transfer out of their wheelchairs and unable to board without the lift, with at most two wheelchairs per bus. Confirm the booked return time: the round-trip class descriptions name only the outbound departure.

Treat the airport shuttle as a separate booking. Its ticket page uses Afton, whose published policy says purchases are not refundable or exchangeable and makes cancellation refunds dependent on organizer consent. Rescheduling and the terms attached to your order can change the outcome. Check your shuttle confirmation and ask Afton support at support@aftontickets.com about that purchase; a Front Gate festival-ticket refund does not establish a shuttle refund.

Use park maps for general orientation, not as Hulaween’s event map or a campsite assignment. They do not confirm festival gates, staffed facilities or stages. Some pins, including Loop cabin locations, are estimates; some areas are staff-only. The interactive “River Road East” zone currently displays a map labeled “Music Hall Sites”; zone descriptions also disagree with some hookup labels. The rental category includes Mother Tree House, whose notes say tours only, not for rental. A generic booking button does not confirm Hulaween availability or included passes. Confirm your assigned lodging/site and hookups with the park, and use the organizer’s 2026 festival map and current arrival instructions.

For a Front Gate ticket-order problem, its official help page lists order-support@frontgatetickets.com. It advertises daily support from 9 AM to 9 PM, labelled CST, and estimates a reply in 12–24 hours or sooner. These are provider-stated hours and estimates, not a guaranteed response time or the Hulaween accessibility contact.

Yes. The event FAQ directs every guest to complete the appropriate HULA26 adult or parental waiver, use a unique email for each waiver, and save or bookmark the executed copy to bring with photo ID. The adult and parental links open Hulaween Festival 2026 forms. Read the full terms before signing; this guide does not interpret or replace them.

The delegated 2026 product page lists lockers 11 inches wide × 13.5 high × 18 deep with mobile charging packs. The pack requires a separate $10 deposit, returned when you hand it back at the end of the rental period. Four-day rentals permit overnight storage; access is during festival hours. Assignment arrives by email/text about 12 hours before the event; if missing, bring confirmation and photo ID to the locker team. Listed options range from $25 to $75, subject to checkout availability.

The Country Store lists ice, camping basics, batteries and toiletries. Its hours vary and festival stock is not guaranteed. Call the store at (386) 364-4841 to check a specific item or opening time before depending on it. Buying firewood does not establish permission to light a fire.

Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted. The event ADA guide permits service animals and describes coordinator verification, an agreement and a credential at the accessibility hub. Contact ADA@hulaween.com about your situation before arrival; the general park pet policy is not festival permission.

The communication request form is available. The ADA guide lists September 22, 2026 as the request deadline and says later requests may be considered without guaranteed fulfillment. The linked form asks for at least 30 days’ notice. Submit your request and contact ADA@hulaween.com about late arrangements; an open form does not extend the deadline.

GA includes primitive camping but not a vehicle pass. GA+ adds a lounge, exclusive bars, Meadow Field express entry and concierge; the passes page lists park showers and bathrooms for both GA and GA+. Mummy does not list included meals; Werewolf includes seven meals. Witch glamping, Goblin/Vampire RV sites and Zombie lodging have their own occupancy, vehicle and amenity limits. Check the named package rather than assuming all VIP includes lodging.

Blankets and folding, collapsible or inflatable chairs are allowed in the festival grounds. Inflatable couches may be used behind the front-of-house line, never farther into the crowd or where they obstruct foot traffic or create a hazard. Hammocks stay at camp. Nonprofessional fixed-lens cameras are allowed; totems must be unfilled plastic/PVC, not wood or metal. LED gloves and drones are prohibited; the drone ban also covers campgrounds.

Wagons, carts and strollers are permitted in the music venue only with a child aged four or younger present. Bubble guns must be no larger than 7 × 2.5 × 7 inches. Costumes must not imitate police, security, firefighters or medical staff, and must not include real or fake weapons.

Coolers, hammocks, instruments and speakers stay at your campsite, outside the festival grounds. Bikes and motorized bikes are permitted in camping areas, not the festival grounds; use the bike areas near entrances. Bikes require a single rider and lights from sunset to sunrise. ATVs and dirt bikes are prohibited. Drones are banned throughout the park, including camping. Follow the separate generator and golf-cart rules.

Festival camping ends at noon Eastern on Monday, October 26. To request a longer stay, contact the park camping office or (386) 364-1683 before Monday; extra charges may apply and the same campsite is not guaranteed. Pack out what you bring, place trash in proper containers and do not leave food exposed. Sunday return access for vehicles in day parking for teardown is listed from 8 PM; the conflicting Tuesday re-entry cutoffs remain a separate issue.

Expect a metal detector when entering the festival grounds. People, bags and vehicles may be searched at any time in the park. Security may refuse dangerous items; confiscated or voluntarily surrendered items are not stored or returned.

The official Hulaween app is available through the organizer’s Apple and Android links. Both store listings describe the 2026 festival, organizer updates, a map and a custom schedule. Download or update it before arrival, and keep the official website schedules and map handy too.

The organizer’s 2026 merchandise announcement states that festival gates open at 3 PM on Thursday, October 22. This is separate from the four-day campground opening at 8 AM. It does not establish other days’ gate hours, last entry or arrival permission for a shorter pass.

River Road’s Food Truck Village and Barn vendors are accessible from the road before festival gates open, then from inside the venue once gates open. About 30 minutes before music ends, access begins switching back to River Road. Late service depends on each vendor; the organizer lists some 24-hour options, not round-the-clock service from every vendor. Main Field and Across the Amp vendors operate during venue hours. Check the official vendor map and app for locations and updates.

The Wellness Barn is on River Road beside Meadow Stage, with paid services available to all guests. Vinyl Wellness’s vendor panel lists Wednesday 2–6 PM and Thursday–Sunday 10 AM–6 PM, with walk-ins welcome. Other vendors have their own hours; the broader Barn and caption hours differ, so check the named vendor’s schedule. Service hours do not grant early-entry admission.
