Clear bags must be no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches. Small clutches up to 6 × 9 inches may be non-clear. Empty hydration packs are allowed with at most two main compartments and one small compartment. The hydration exception does not approve arbitrary opaque backpacks.

Earplugs and portable phone chargers/external batteries are allowed. Other item restrictions still apply; this does not permit generators or large appliances.

General admission is 18+. VIP and alcohol service require age 21 or older. Bring a qualifying physical ID; a ticket alone does not establish age.

Bring an empty reusable bottle or qualifying empty hydration pack and refill inside. Ordinary outside food and beverages are prohibited; disability-related exceptions need the accessibility process. A sealed shop-bought drink is not covered by the empty-container allowance.

No. Aerosol products and cans aren’t allowed. Sunscreen lotion is allowed, with inspection at entry.

Maximum height is 10 feet, using lightweight construction and a pole no larger than 1 inch in diameter. The listed materials include PVC, light wood or aluminium; solid metal is prohibited. Inflatable totems must enter deflated.

General parking is extremely limited. The current parking page does not list a general-parking price, so confirm the charge before making plans. Tailgating and sleeping in vehicles are prohibited. Vehicles must leave at festival close each day; the organizer says those left past 2 AM will be towed at the owner’s expense. A parking space is not overnight accommodation.

Yes. General EDC Orlando shuttles now have five published lines and one-day or three-day round-trip passes. Departures run continuously noon–8 PM; returns start at 9 PM and end 60 minutes after music finishes at Kinetic Field. Each pass is valid only for its purchased line. These are transport passes, not festival admission or proof that a hotel booking includes a shuttle.

Wheelchair-accessible shuttles are available. The organizer asks riders to contact Shuttle Support at least two weeks before the festival with their order number, stop, phone number and departure time. The ordinary drop-off requires an approximately 15-minute walk to the main entrance; confirm your accessible arrival arrangement rather than assuming that walk describes your accommodation. No. The 2026 shuttle FAQ says lost passes will not be reissued and all shuttle passes are non-refundable. You may give a pass to a friend, but it still will not be replaced if lost. Stop changes are not guaranteed; ask Shuttle Support about your order. Festival prohibited-item rules also apply on the shuttle, including the ban on outside food and drink.

For a confirmed rental, bring the confirmation email with its QR code and a government-issued ID, driver’s license or passport to the provider’s locker tent. Staff supply the lock combination. Email info@mobilecharginglockers.com if your receipt is missing. Single-day renters must collect their belongings before leaving; the provider permits overnight storage only with a multi-day rental. Confirm your booked dates because the EDC listing contains inconsistent date labels.

The delegated hotel FAQ requires at least one guest aged 21+ per room, valid unexpired ID and a credit card for incidentals; cash deposits are not accepted. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout 11 AM. Self-parking is included, but resort fees vary by room and are paid at check-in. Festival tickets are included only when the selected package says so.
