Hours & Info lists an interior desk beside GA lockers during festival hours and an exterior desk by the box office on Saturday from 4 PM–10 PM. Use the organizer’s lost-and-found page for the live inventory and post-event process; it says not to make in-person inquiries at Insomniac headquarters.
